Refund & Cancellation Policy

We stand by our product and offer a transparent refund promise.

1. Eligibility

If, after completing up to Category 9 of the BAAT Assessment, you feel the tool is not suitable for your business, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

2. Process

Email your refund request to info@holis-tique.com within 7 days of completing Category 9, with your payment details.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.

4. Cancellations

Once the assessment is started and data is submitted beyond Category 9, refunds will not be applicable.
